Allright, I know I haven't updated this in forever, but I need a place to write down this very odd dream I had. I'm starting to lose it, however, so there might be odd clips and whatnot. A summary of what's gone down recently will follow.

So I've watched Repo! recently and loved it (go rent it, it's great) and in my dream, for some reason, I was being chased by the repo man. But it wasn't one of those things where he found me and killed me and that was that; I had the idea that he and I had done this many times before and I had either always escaped, or he let me go for some reason. We were like old friends inspiring terror in one another, you know? So this time around, he cornered me in my room, and I walked up close to him, lifted his shirt (he wasn't wearing his crazy doctor's clothes, it was more like black pants, boots, a shirt, the hood, and a coat of some sort), and he was incredibly pale underneath. Like, white/blue-ish, and I ran my hands over his midsection almost lovingly while he dropped his weapons (they were beautiful obsidian things, long and dark and sharp, and very ornate) and then just stood there. He didn't say a word (I don't think I had ever heard him speak), and he didn't move away, but it was apparent that he didn't like the attention. So, in order to distract him from gutting me this time, I slipped one hand into his pants, and after a little attention, but before either of us were done, he jerked away and fled my room.

After that is one of those jumps that seems to only happen in dreams, and I was on the run through some sort of marketplace surrounded by taller buildings, chased by my repo man and two others (a male and a female who actually would do their job). In my dream, I had limited flight, and I was using it to try and escape, while at the same time weaving through alleyways and buildings and anything I could jump on, duck around, or whatever. The two deadly ones were always right on my heels, with the less deadly one right behind them, and they eventually cornered me on the balcony of a tall brick building, and now I can't remember if one of the two forced me to my knees and slit my throat, or if my repo guy convinced them to let me go. I think I died, but I'm not sure.

ANYWAY, summary time.

-Last summer I went to visit Rob in Texas, his roomate (an ex of his) and I didn't get along much, and the trip culminated in Rob backhanding me in a Wal-Mart. Fun times. I was pissed for a bit, but I've since forgiven him, but Arthur was so much more angry than I was, and has vowed to do all sorts of bad things to Rob when they next meet.
-Er... Last fall I had class and whatnot, and that was fun. I took metalsmithing and it turns out I don't suck at it and actually enjoy it. So woo. I met this guy named Chris who I still talk to and who I'm kind of crushing on, and might ask out if I stop being a giant girl about it.
-At work I met a different Chris, and also worked with an old highschool 'friend' (I use the term lightly. We had the same group of friends but really didn't like each other much), Dani, and the three of us were inseperable untill Chris moved about five ours a way a couple weeks ago. One of my managers at work now, Sean, is a bit older than me, and goes to school with me, and he's super cool. We've hung out a couple times and I like him a lot.
-Recently, Rob and I had a bit of a falling out, but it's better now, I think. He's planning to come visit me the second week of March and to try and make up for the shitty vacation we had last time. Arthur thinks I'm stupid for still talking to him, but hey, I love the bastard.

I think that's it. Sorry for nor updating in almost a year. Heh.

I hate him because I could love him.

fuck this, I can't write tonight. I just want to love him and hold him and be with him. And no, not you Arthur. For one time in eight years, I don't want you. I will int he morning, undoubtably, but right now, I just want my Patrick back.

Oh, also, here's a dream I had last night:

SoySauceBeast: yea, Arthur and I were sharing an apartment and Joe came to visit me and when we got in the door he got really, -really- aggressive with me, and I was yelling and stuff, and Arthur came to see what I was freaking out about and he saw Joe attempting to do all sorts of bad things to me so he ran up and punched him right in the jaw and pulled me back and then Joe just got majorly pissed and grabbed a dagger from one of the walls (they were decoration, but sharp) and stabbed Arthur right in the stomach, so I kicked Joe back, sad Arthur down, took the knife and just went to town on Joe. I mean, I cut off his hands, ears and one eye, cut out his tounge and just mutilated his face but made it so he'd still be alive (he's a storyteller, so I made it he couldn't ever tell one again) and then I of course went to jail and you [Patrick, an exboyfriend] came to visit me while I was waiting for my trial and I told you that's what I would have done to Gwen if I could, and you were just o_o, and then at my trial I was just calm and content and admitted to everything and then I Think I was sentanced to death. I don't remember anything after the trial

Every now and then my dad prints out something insightful or satirical or just plain funny for me to read. Every now and then he prints out something genuinely awesome. This is one of those:

Dear Dr. Laura,

Thank you so much for doing so much to educate people regarding God’s
Law. I have learned a great deal from your show and I try to share
that knowledge with as many people as I can. When someone tries to
defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind him
that Leviticus 18: 22 clearly states it to be an abomination. End of
debate. I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some of
the specific laws and how to best follow them.

A) When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates
a pleasing odor for the Lord (Leviticus 1: 9). The problem is my
neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I
smite them?

B) I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in
Exodus 21: 7. In this day & age, what would be a fair market price
for her?

C) I know I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her
period of menstrual uncleanliness (Lev 15: 19-24). The problem is how
do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.

D) Leviticus 25: 44 states that I may own slaves, both male & female,
provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of
mine claims this applies to Mexicans but not Canadians. Can you
clarify? Why can’t I own Canadians?

E) I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus
35: 2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally
obligated to kill him myself?

F) A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an
abomination (Lev. 11:10), it is a lesser abomination than
homosexuality. I don’t agree, can you settle this?

G) Leviticus 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if
I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading
glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20 or is there some wiggle room
here?

H) Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair
around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by
Leviticus 19:27. How should they die?

I) I know from Leviticus 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig
makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?

J) My uncle has a farm. He violates Leviticus 19:19 by planting two
crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of
two different kinds of thread (cotton & polyester blend). He tends to
curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all
the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them? (Lev.
24: 10-16). Couldn’t we just burn them to death at a private family
affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws (Lev. 20:
14)?

I know you have studied these things extensively, so I am confident
you can help. Thank you again for reminding us that God’s word is
eternal and unchanging.”

Three monthes later...

Whelp, I'm over Arthur, I'm crushing on Rob, I'm thinking about moving and changing schools, maybe changing majors, possibly moving in with Joe, I've been crazy busy with school, I play WoW some more and I've found I really enjoy drag shows.

I've not died. :3

Back to class. I'll update this when I get home.
